Taiwan Government has announced Philippine passport holders can travel to Taiwan by 14 days Visa-Exempt
Effective from 1st Nov 2017, Philippine passport holders can travel to Taiwan by visa-exempt trial and stay 14 days, announced by Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affair.
The triad period is from 1st Nov 2017 to 31st July 2018.
What’s different?
- From Oct 2016, Philippine passport holders need to apply E-Visa online before travel to Taiwan
- From Nov 2017, Philippine passport holders can travel to Taiwan by visa-exempt with some conditions.
Conditions
- Philippine passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the entry date
- Passenger must obtain next destination or return flight or boat ticket
- Have a clean criminal record, as verified at immigration on arrival at an airport or seaport in Taiwan.
- Passenger should fill in the entry form with Taiwan hotel booking information.
